To ensure your wedding is exactly what you dreamed:
-I like to build a personal relationship with my clients. Every wedding has a different look and feel that reflects the bride and groom's personal tastes. Therefore, it's important for me to find out what you like! We will discuss the music that you want played, how much crowd interaction you desire from the DJ, even what you want me to wear. After all, it's YOUR special day, so I encourage you to be as detailed as possible while we plan your wedding reception.
-I will do intense planning for your reception. The bride, groom and myself will go over every single detail-the itinerary of events for the evening, how to pronounce every name correctly for the introductions, the order of the toasts, the audience participation dances you want to hear (Shout, Cupid Shuffle, etc.) Basically, if it can be planned in advance, it will be!
-I will be a true master of ceremonies. All announcements at your event will be crystal clear and timely. A common complaint I hear from other brides about receptions is "no one knew what was happening next!" This is never a concern with DJ Jeff Hickok. During the reception I will coordinate with the other vendors and staff as well as make announcements so everyone knows what is about to happen. I'll also check in with you periodically to inform you of what is next on the itinerary (unless you are using a wedding coordinator) and to ensure everything is going pefectly.
-I will offer suggestions for that perfect father/daughter dance song, what agenda of events works best, or whatever else you need. I have entertained at hundreds of events in the D/FW metroplex, seen it done many different ways and can offer my guidance on what works the best.
